• built 1987 in a series of sail training ships in Gdansk, her sisters are the "Mir" (1987), the "Pallada" (1988), the "Khersones" (1988) and the "Nadezhda" (1989), smaller but similar is the Polish "Dar Mlodziezy" (1981).
• sail training ship of the Academy for Navigation in Odessa
• 1996/97 mayor rebuilding of the ship, apart from sail training she is also used for touristic activities today.
• sails in the Mediterranean along the Greek or Turkish coast in summer, in the Red Sea in winter.
• because of economical reasons laid up in Odessa.
