- built 1987 in a series of sail training ships in Gdansk, her sisters are the "Mir" (1987), the "Pallada" (1988), the "Khersones" (1988) and the "Nadezhda" (1989), smaller but similar is the Polish "Dar Mlodziezy" (1981).

- 1996/97 mayor rebuilding of the ship, apart from sail training she is also used for touristic activities today.
