- built in 1910 at the Van Duyvendijk shipyard in Lekkerkerk as a two-masted clipper for the transport of sugar beets, sand, and gravel in Zeeland and South Holland, initially named "Onderneming".
- 1928 installation of the first engine (105 hp), removal of the rigging, construction of a wheelhouse on deck, transport of general cargo on the Rhine, from 1936 onwards again transporting sand in Zeeland and South Holland.
- 1939 replacement of the engine (120 hp).
- confiscated by Germany in 1942, after World War II in 1957 renewal of the wheelhouse, construction of a deckhouse, and various modernisations.
- decommissioned in 1967 in Gorinchem, NL.
- 1970 change of ownership, conversion and re-rigging for sailing trips with guests, renamed "Dageraad", since 1982 use as a Charter vessel.
- change of ownership in 2014, continued use for charter trips with sailing guests, home port of Lemmer, Netherlands and sailing area is the IJsselmeer and Wadden Sea.
