- built as a merchant ketch at the famous Danish J. Ring Andersen shipyard in Svendborg, this is a typical example of a Baltic Sea ship from the first half of this century
- transported various commodities such as coal and grain across the Baltic and along the Danish and Norwegian coast
- later used as a motor coaster by various owners, finally along the coastline of America
- in 1974 she sank and was salvaged then, sold to the Cirdan Sailing Trust in England in 1983, who re-rigged her
- in 1984 she was put into service as a training ship for young people
- charter ship also accommodating individuals, sailing the North Sea, English coastline and the English Channel
