• 1892 built by F. Wilkinson of Charlton, London for Leonard Withers of Ealing, Middlesex, GBR as a yacht; registered in London.
• used as private and racing yacht for the next 21 years, winner of the Round Britain yacht race in 1904.
• 1913 sold to H.T. Holloway of London, co-owned by WG Nutter of London, GBR.
• unknown use and ownership during WWI.
• 1919-1920 owned by A.C. Gibbons of Hampton-Wick, GBR; fitted with a 6 cyl. Studebaker petrol engine.
• 1921-1928 owned by F. Dugon of London, GBR.
• 1928-1933 owned by G.B. Christie of Hoddesdon, Herts, GBR, fitted with a 4 cyl. Gray's petrol engine; registerred in Southampton, GBR.
• 1933-1937 owned by R. Wright of Southampton, GBR.
• 1937-1952 owned by C.W. De Rouet of Parkstone, Dorset, GBR.
• 1955-1962 owned by several owners, sailing trips to Holland and around the Isselmeer, NL.
• 1960 installation of a 4 cyl. Austin petrol motor of 35 hp.
• 1962 owned by M. Pearson, Harwich, GBR.
• 1963 sold to the Alison family of Kirby Cane, GBR; taken to Great Yarmouth, later given to the son, major refit in the 1990s.
• August 2008 given to The Leila Sailing Trust, fitted with a used Perkins Diesel of 40 hp; The Leila Sailing Trust was formed by Rob Bull and David Beavan to restore the boat for sail training.
• 2009 begin of a general overhaul replacing many planks and the whole deck structure, relaunched in summer 2012, re-rigged as cutter and fitted to be used as sail training ship.
• participation in the 2013 tall-ships race series in the Baltic Sea, replacement of the engine.
