  • launched July 04, 1932 at the shipyard Fidèle, Marseille, FRA; first name "La Route est Belle" after the song of André Baugé, who used the boat in this time.
  • 1937 change of the owner (François Salles), renamed the "Ménestrel".
  • 1959 sold to the Maritime School of the French Mechant Navy in Saint-Malo, FRA; renamed the "La Grande Hermine", the name of several ships of the discoverer Jacques Cartier (1491-1557).
  • 1963 sold to the Navy School of Brest, used for sail training.
