  • built at the shipyard Porter & Son in Port Adelaide, Australia, launched on December 1, 1985 and commissioned on April 5, 1987.
  • training ship to used by young trainees from South Australia, but also the other parts of the country and all over the world.
  • participated several regattas from Sydney to Hobart, from Darwin to Ambon and many sailing ship festivals on the Australian coast, like the Habour Festival of Sydney 2000.
  • usually sails along the coast of South Australia, although she has all licenses for world-wide voyages.
  • 2004/05 "One and All" and the "Falie" have merged to make a new organisation called SA Tall Ships Inc.
