  • built 1915 in Vlaardingen as sailing fish logger, first name "Dirk", before she was decommissioned in 1930 she was the last sailing ship of the Dutch herring fleet.
  • changing owners from Germany, Denmark and Sweden, since 1978 she is registered in The Netherlands again.
  • since 1991 she was rebuilt for her later use as a passenger ship offering sailing voyages.
  • she sailed the waters around Spain, the Caribbean and Canadean waters under the name "Regina Chatarina".
  • since 1999 she sails the waters around the Seychelles, new name "Sea Pearl".
